If you are interested in becoming a member of MAVTI, please complete the attached application and submit it to the address listed on the bottom. For your convenience, you can download and complete the application online. (Acrobat Reader required.) However, you must print it and then mail it in. Membership dues are $20 per calendar year. Please make checks payable to MAVTI. Complete membership rosters and copies of the MAVTI By-laws are available upon request. Please contact the committee chairperson.
